POLICIES
At Glow Guidance, we recognize that life is full of unexpected moments. We highly value your time and commitment to your appointment. In return, we ask that you respect our time as well. As with any professional service, we adhere to firm policies that apply to all clients.
Please review our policies prior to scheduling an appointment. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change; however, to ensure fairness and consistency, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
A confirmation email will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment, offering the opportunity to make changes if necessary.
In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, you will be charged the full cost (100%) of the scheduled service. Future bookings will not be allowed until the fee is settled, and the charge will be processed on the card provided at the time of booking. If the card is declined, you will be unable to rebook until payment is received.
Late Arrival Policy
We request that you notify us promptly if you anticipate being late. Please give us a call or text to inform us of your delay.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule to prevent disruptions for other clients. If we are unable to proceed with your service, you will be charged 50% of the service cost as a late cancellation. Should we be able to accommodate your service, the treatment duration may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments remain on schedule.
Guest & Children Policy
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. Additionally, we are unable to supervise children during appointments. If you must bring a child, please ensure they are accompanied by an additional adult who can provide supervision while you receive your service. This allows us to maintain a focus on providing quality care and ensures a safe environment for all.
Credit Card Authorization & Payment Policy
All clients are required to have a valid and active credit card on file at the time of booking. If a valid card is not on file, future appointments will be subject to cancellation without notice. Payment for missed, late, or no-show appointments will be processed using the credit card provided at booking.
Failure to maintain an active card on file may result in the cancellation of future appointments and a suspension of booking privileges until payment is received and a valid card is provided.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We are committed to providing exceptional service, and these policies help us ensure a smooth experience for all clients. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
